Where can you buy a chair rail that holds pictures? I saw one in a magazine but it didn't give details.?

1. Home depot or Lowe's. You just tell the salesperson you need molding to use for hanging pictures. Crown molding is what is in the older homes. It is placed two inches below the ceiling.
2. it was probably custom made with narrow trim moulding & plexi-glass...do you know anyone who's good with carpentry work?
