Train Photography

Planning a trip to the Fort William/Mallaig area of Scotland. Where to stay?

I'm after somewhere cutesy & old worldy. I am getting there by train for a photography holiday so needs to be reasonably close to a railway station and quite easy to get out to some stunning scenery. Maybe somewhere like Glenfinnan village? Can you recommend somewhere? Thanks

1. Glenfinnan House Hotel, Glenfinnan. Five minutes from Glenfinnan station, stunning location on the shore of Loch Shiel, brilliant scenery on the doorstep, bar used by the locals as a pub, excellent food, superb interiors, nice old ambience, comfortable rooms. Get one with a Loch view.
