Scenic Photography -any good? (pics)? (Correct Links)?

Im a student, i study engineering, however i also like photography as a hobby, i particually like taking pictures of scenes, and when i get the chance extreme whether conditions (only had freezing ice at the moment) and i was wondering if it was good enough to make any money out of it? maybe by getting prints or putting them onto canvas and selling them cheap, the camera i use aint that good, and i aint no pro, but i was just wondering what you thought to my pics as im lucky enough to live in a beautiful place and i go camping and walking to other amazing places too. These are a few of my pics: The River Wharfe towards Appletreewick http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG2076.jpg The river wharfe + cliff face towards Burnsall http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG2067.jpg Looking towards Ravenscar from Robin Hoods Bay http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG2035.jpg Looking down on Robin Hoods Bay from the old railway http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG2061.jpg Tunnel of bendy trees on the old railway whitby- scarborough http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG2065.jpg Ice on fencing top of Whernside (Yorkshires largest peak out of the 3 peaks) http://i728.photobucket.com/albums/ww286/lukeshep64/CIMG1926.jpg please tell me what you think thanks x

  1. The fence with the ice rocks! If the white balance was in control, DOF long, the exposure was perfect and the composition perfect this would have been a big seller.
  2. These photographs seem more like snapshots than something someone would sell. If you learned about composition, then they'd suddenly change and look a lot better, you've got good ideas though, so keep at it :)
